The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial vehicles and be willing to assist with general shop duties including material handling, fabrication support, and cleanup.</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport materials to and from job sites<br>&nbsp;&bull; Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance<br>&nbsp;&bull; Secure loads properly in accordance with safety standards and regulations<br>&nbsp;&bull; Assist in the shop when not driving, including:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Grinding, cutting, and material processing&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with welding setup or fabrication support&nbsp;</li><li>Loading/unloading materials using forklifts or other equipment&nbsp;</li><li>General yard and shop cleanup<br>&nbsp;&bull; Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain accurate delivery and inspection documentation<br>&nbsp;&bull; Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Valid Class A Driver&rsquo;s License with a clean driving record<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to meet DOT requirements<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience with flatbed and load securement preferred<br>&nbsp;&bull; Previous experience in a shop, steel, or construction environment preferred<br>&nbsp;&bull; Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)<br>&nbsp;&bull; Welding experience or certification is a plus, but not required</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to lift up to 75 lbs<br>&nbsp;&bull; Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions</p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br>&nbsp;&bull; Combination of driving routes and shop/yard environment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment</p><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.24/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><h2 id=\"isPasted\"><br></h2><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
