This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your leadership makes a direct impact.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards</li>\n <li>Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment</li>\n <li>Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations</li>\n <li>Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels</li>\n <li>Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards</li>\n <li>Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>What's in it for you</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role, you will earn a competitive annual base salary based on your experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Our employees have the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Position Specific Details</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.</li>\n <li>You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Forklift experience/certification is a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours:&nbsp; 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)<br>\n MAPEIP2</p>",
