    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Quality Control Inspector</p><p><strong>Division:&nbsp;</strong>FiOptix Inc</p><p><strong>FSLA Status</strong>: &nbsp;Non-Exempt</p><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>Project Manager</p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for identifying and escalating quality deficiencies to support the completion of assigned work. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform real time inspections evaluating safety, compliance standards, appearance, and customer experience&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule and complete a final inspection of work prior to customer walkthrough&nbsp;</li><li>Complete and submit timely and accurate quality control reports into the appropriate database&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with the quality control counterparts of our customers</li><li>Respond appropriately to customer complaints and inquiries and escalate matters as required&nbsp;</li><li>Execute target amount of job safety observations&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement to enhance quality and escalate recommendations to management&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all required Company documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.</p><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong><strong>High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>One-year telecommunications quality control experience&nbsp;</li><li>One-year underground construction, aerial construction, and/or multi dwelling unit (MDU) experience&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of highway traffic control standards</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>Ability to use a wireless tablet</li><li>Proven knowledge of utility depths and placement</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret design prints</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Highly organized and detail orientated&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lead, teach, and train other employees&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements</li><li>Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather</li><li>May be required to work long and unpredictable hours&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including short notice travel.
