          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum:</strong></p><ul><li>A valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement for motor coach position.</li><li>Ability to meet Federal and State driving standards.</li><li>One year experience operating a shuttle passenger vehicle.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.</li><li>Ability to interpret maps, directions, and instructions.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional, customer service-oriented demeanor at all times</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Must be in physical condition to sit for extended periods of time, bend, reach, climb stairs, and grasp.</li><li>Able to speak, read, and write English to converse with students, staff, and guests.</li><li>Able and willing to follow traffic regulations</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p>· One year of related work experience</p>",
