Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level </li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> It is an exciting time to join Envoy and now our Professional Simulator Instructors are eligible for a $15,000 training bonus which is provided upon successful completion of training. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Professional Simulator Instructor is part of Envoy’s Air Operations Training Department  </li>\n <li>In this role, the Professional Simulator Instructor is responsible for the accomplishment of pilot Integrated Procedures Training, including Advanced Simulator Training conducted for part 121 air carrier pilot receiving Initial, Transition, Upgrade and Recurrent training courses </li>\n <li>Provide standardized training of pilots within the Advanced Qualification Program </li>\n <li>Follow Instructor Lesson Plans to prepare students for aircraft certification </li>\n <li>Evaluate student progress and performance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and submit documents and reports after training completion </li>\n <li>Maintain Instructor standardization </li>\n <li>This position is a non-seniority list pilot and as an Instructor plays a vital role in delivering quality and specialized training to our pilot team</li>\n <li>Work assignments will include 20-30% travel; per diem or meal expense is provided when away from home base</li>\n <li>This position is considered management-level; position is a non-seniority list pilot and will not fly company aircraft</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements </p>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role, excellent communication and organization skills are necessary</li>\n <li>Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines </li>\n <li>Minimum age: 21 </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience </li>\n <li>Must possess a current Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) </li>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) year as PIC or SIC on a turbojet aircraft </li>\n <li>Willing and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and rotating days off; will have 10 days off per month </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess the legal right to work in the United States </li>\n <li>Previous EMB 175 experience preferred  </li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred  </li>\n <li>Instructor experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Upon hire, must fulfill requirements of the Instructor Flightdeck Observations Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
