          "text": "<p><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Closing Specialist I position is responsible for preparing all loan-closing documents and ensuring accuracy to have a fully compliant mortgage.</p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Pre-Closing review of all documents in file including title, homeowner’s insurance, appraisal, condo documentation, tax certs, trust documents, payoffs, and disclosures</li><li>Complete a preclosing checklist to ensure file is complete and compliant</li><li>Coordinate scheduled signing with partners, loan officers, settlement agents and/or title companies</li><li>Prepare all closing documents required to close mortgage loans, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate; follow up with any discrepancies.</li><li>Audit closing documents and file based on audit procedures.</li><li>Prepare and explain closing requirements to settlement agent as needed.</li><li>Perform client, settlement agent, processor, or client relations follow-up as needed.</li><li>Coordinate shipping and receiving documents to loan advisors, settlement agents, and wholesale partners, as needed.</li><li>Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and investor requirements to ensure quality closing packages and salability to the Investor</li><li>Prepare and complete loan documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete, and coordinating the closing process.</li><li>Follow established procedures and guidelines, with basic or limited decision-making authority.</li><li>Work directly with title companies, partners and other third parties to coordinate closings.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
