This position performs general maintenance and repair of campus buildings and off campus houses. Diagnose mechanical failures and perform minor repairs on equipment and building components. Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other systems. Performs aesthetic and structural maintenance, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and snow removal. Work hours are typically 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. May be required/requested to travel to off-campus sites as needed.
