The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>The Details:</strong> Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">High School diploma/GED required</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><em>Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
