          "text": "<p><u><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Perform functions of Accounts Payable using Business Central.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Weekly payment transactions including wire transfers. &#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Daily invoicing functions.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>General understanding of freight and customs processes.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to trace transactions through system and determine sources of discrepancies and make corrections.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Manage high-volume&#xa0;email correspondence regarding accounts payable.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Assist with the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of period end closing activities.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comply with policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the accounting function(s).&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Follow up on inquiries and assist managers with cost center issues.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Review weekly A/P aging’s, provide resolution and/or escalate issues to Accounting Supervisor.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist Accounting Manager with external audits.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with month-end close related to vendor statement reconciliation and accruals.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Complete all mandatory learning requirements in a timely manner&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide support to other members of the finance team as needed&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Other duties as assigned. &#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
