You are comfortable with proactive communication and providing answers and status updates to the customers&#39; questions before they ask. You are solutions-oriented and have the technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and provide recommended solutions and alternatives that meet the customers&#39; needs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION ATTRIBUTES</strong></p><p>Technical and customer service oriented with knowledge of electronics.</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p><p>Capable of frequent interaction with team members, customers, and vendors</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, systematic thinking, and a good understanding of technologies deployed in the IT environment.</p><p>Ability to problem-solve complex installation issues and present solutions for approval.</p><p>Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.</p><p><strong>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electronic equipment such as audio, video, sound, lighting, and projection systems, as well as other systems as required.</p><p>Thorough knowledge of protocols and AV design, including signal flow, H.323, H.264, SIP, WebRTC, and H.239 duo-video, video bridging and gateways, and applicable platforms, including WebEx, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams</p><p>Networking experience with setup and servicing commercial-grade networking devices: Waps, Routers, Wi-Fi bridges, Managed switches, and VLANs</p><p>Responsible for installing, terminating, and optimizing the cabling, associated devices, computers, digital technology, and commercial off-the-shelf technologies as required by scope and design.</p><p>Excellent knowledge of networking addressing schemes and network integration. Experience in IP cameras, and IP access control. Must have experience in PTZ camera installation and servicing.</p><p>Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, repairs, and maintenance.</p><p>Responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.</p><p>Work directly with customers to investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical product problems.</p><p>Provide written customer-ready documentation of all analyses performed with root cause/corrective actions identified.</p><p>Must be Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and CTS-I certified for this position.</p><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>Minimum of 5 years of experience installing and supporting A/V systems and digital signage solutions</p><p>Must be Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and CTS-I certified for this position.</p><p>Technical Degree or equivalent experience</p><p>AVIXA, Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, or AMX knowledge preferred; certifications a plus!</p><p>Knowledge of construction documentation and blueprint reading</p><p>Experience working with multiple departments and managing multiple tasks concurrently.</p><p>Working knowledge of Crestron, Extron, and AMX is a plus.</p><p>Driver&rsquo;s license required, safe driving record.</p><p>Ability to attain and retain a suitability clearance</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES &nbsp;</strong></p><p>Experience supporting government customers on-site in government facilities</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p><p>Prolonged periods using a phone or other forms of business communication</p><p>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><p>Impyrian offers an excellent benefits package and ample growth opportunities.</p><p><strong>FAIRNESS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Impyrian is an Equal Opportunity Employer; Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disabled are encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
