We're looking for talented individuals with exceptional front and back-end coding and/or software / application development experience.</p>\n<p>You'll play a pivotal role in shaping connected digital ecosystems that seamlessly integrate applications, services, and data layers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Senior Developer is a senior-level position that will take accountability for providing technical leadership on the development, design and implementation of complex new or modified applications and/or system software. This position will focus on large development projects and<br>will be responsible for the full software development cycle, from conception to development and the provision of technical leadership for all development projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Lifecycle Development:</li>\n<li>Understanding the product goals and related strategy and communicating with stakeholders (including clients) to clarify and define requirements<br>• Researching, designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise and business architecture<br>• Contributing to the creation and review of a systems capability strategy<br>• Providing technical leadership to ensure the highest standard of code is produced by team members after being thoroughly tested<br>• Developing and/or selecting critical components of the overall solution<br>• Specifying and designing large and complex systems<br>• Designing, coding, testing, correcting and documenting new and amended software components from agreed specifications, and agreed subsequent iterations, using agreed<br>standards and tools<br>• Assisting with the appropriate allocation of tasks to team members, including coaching and mentoring less experienced developers and/or graduates<br>• Participating in the review of own work and leading review of the work of others<br>• Analyzing business processes to identify potential alternative and new approaches or solutions, including automation, cost assessment, benefits and change impacts<br>• Assists with the definition and management of business goals and the scoping of large or complex changes<br>• Defining solution development projects to meet business goals and contributes to the improvement of the solution development process<br>• Ensuring that solution development projects or programmes are delivered on time, in budget and meets quality targets and aligns to the appropriate standards, methods and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:<br></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field</li>\n<li>At least 8 year’s previous experience in a corporate or consulting<br>environment<br>• At least 6 year’s focused programming, front and back-end coding and/or software / application development experience<br>• Experience providing technical leadership<br>• Experience of IT in a complex business environment with the ability to<br>translate technical concepts into business terms<br>• Experience of dealing with relevant stakeholders, managing expectations in the pursuit of improved services<br>• Experience of developing and implementing relevant strategies in a multi supplier environment, managing third party services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.</li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Career Growth:<br>A chance to develop your skills and expertise in software development and leadership.</li>\n<li>Competitive Compensation:<br>Competitive salary and benefits.</li>\n<li>Professional Development:<br>Support for certifications and technical training (Salesforce).</li>\n<li>Collaborative Environment:<br>A supportive and collaborative work environment and team structure.</li>\n<li>Impactful Projects:<br>Opportunities to work on high-impact digital transformation projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
