This role puts you at the center of the industry’s most critical field operations—gearbox swaps, generator replacements, up‑tower repairs, and other major interventions that keep wind farms producing at peak performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll direct crews, coordinate complex lifts, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency. Your experience in wind‑turbine maintenance and mechanical systems will guide technicians through challenging work across a variety of sites and conditions, representing Beitzel Corporation with confidence and professionalism.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The work is dynamic and fast‑moving, with schedules that shift based on project needs and locations.
