    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student Loan Reimbursement Available Up to $180,000.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MAIN FUNCTION:  </span>The Outpatient Therapist provides mental health and/or substance use services to clients of the mental health center, including emergency services.  Also, this person provides consultation, education and prevention services to other agencies and individuals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Three days in office, one at home.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides individual, family and group counseling therapy sessions as assigned.</li>\n<li>Meets expectations for monthly billable baseline.</li>\n<li>Provides crisis intervention and assessment/evaluation, including after hours and on weekends.</li>\n<li>Will be part of the on-call weekend rotation schedule to provide 24/7 crisis coverage. </li>\n<li>Provides after hours coverage as needed for other programs/therapists within scope of practice.</li>\n<li>Provides services at other HCS locations as assigned, which may include travel.</li>\n<li>Communicates with clients and their support systems to determine the family and community resources available and makes appropriate referrals.</li>\n<li>Provides community education services as assigned.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates willingness to maintain flexibility and openness to new information.</li>\n<li>Provides case consultation as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintains up to date client charts to include assessment, social history, psychotherapy notes,</li>\n</ul>\n<p>               treatment plans, screenings, and discharge plans.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attends continuing education classes annually to maintain theory and practice.</li>\n<li>Attends scheduled supervisory and clinical staff meetings.</li>\n<li>Attends scheduled session observations with supervisor.</li>\n<li>Assists in quality assurance.</li>\n<li>Completes all paperwork in accordance with agency policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Implements and documents new assessments, paperwork and screenings tools as directed.</li>\n<li>Communicates and collaborates effectively with necessary outside individuals and agencies.</li>\n<li>Participates in community events as assigned.</li>\n<li>Participates in a planning committee as assigned.</li>\n<li>Communicates and collaborates effectively within the agency.</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains ethics and confidentiality as dictated by profession.</li>\n<li>Maintains state licensure without disciplinary action.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of counseling theory and practice.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to form therapeutic relationships with clients.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse</li>\n<li>Skills in verbal and written communication.</li>\n<li>Ability to form cooperative supportive relationships with staff/agency.</li>\n<li>Possess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TRAINING &amp; EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Must possess or be eligible to obtain a license as a mental health therapist from the Nebraska Department of Health.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 days of vacation leave, which accrues with time worked</li>\n<li>8 paid holidays, which is available immediately</li>\n<li>12 days of sick leave, which accrues with time worked</li>\n<li>4 days of PTO leave</li>\n<li>3 training days</li>\n<li>Weekly supervision with your supervisor</li>\n<li>Heartland pays for any applicable certification or licensure renewal</li>\n<li>$25,000 Basic Life Insurance Policy</li>\n<li>Heartland offers access to Aflac Insurance, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Benefits, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Eligible for 401(k) Retirement Plan with 3% match after 90 days of employment</span></li>\n</ul>",
