This role is responsible for driving disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, improving process consistency and scalability, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.</p>\n<p>You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives, structure delivery, and embed sustainable process improvements across all divisions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Process Design & Standardization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the identification, design, and standardization of key cross-functional operational processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.</li>\n <li>Partner with Concept, Regional, and Functional leaders to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.</li>\n <li>Establish governance frameworks to ensure process adherence, continuous refinement, and long-term sustainability.</li>\n <li>Serve as the enterprise owner and ambassador of core operational processes, ensuring alignment across brands and divisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PMO Leadership & Project Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and evolve the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing best-in-class project governance, prioritization, and execution standards.</li>\n <li>Oversee a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain project management tools, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to provide transparency and accountability.</li>\n <li>Define and manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes for enterprise initiatives.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of select large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into structured project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and success metrics.</li>\n <li>Act as a key liaison across functions to ensure alignment, remove barriers, and drive execution discipline.</li>\n <li>Support leaders in building business cases, including defining scope, benefits, risks, and ROI.</li>\n <li>Facilitate governance forums and executive updates, including monthly reporting to the Operating Committee.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement & Execution Discipline</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead structured process improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and practical implementation approaches.</li>\n <li>Drive the planning and execution of Kaizen events and focused improvement projects.</li>\n <li>Establish standard toolkits, methodologies, and templates for process improvement and project delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Capability Building</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, lead, and develop a team of subject matter experts in process design, project management, and implementation support.</li>\n <li>Coach leaders and operators on process adoption, project execution, and change management practices.</li>\n <li>Partner with Learning & Development to ensure processes and tools are supported by clear, practical, field-ready training resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication & Change Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Drive clarity, structure, and accountability in how initiatives are communicated, executed, and sustained.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Brand & Initiative Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support brand development and new program launches by ensuring operational processes are clearly defined, scalable, and executable in the field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management certification from PMI (PMP or PgMP) required.</li>\n <li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project & Portfolio Leadership: Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Process Orientation: Deep capability in designing practical, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to travel across the GTA and restaurant locations as required.</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on project and operational needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About You</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).  Master's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>7–10+ years of progressive experience in project management, PMO leadership, and/or process improvement.</li>\n <li>Experience in multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing standardized processes at scale.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and portfolio governance practices.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading or operating within a PMO structure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Service Inspired Restaurants® is committed to fair and equitable recruiting practices in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
