You will develop your leadership skills, coach and support staff, manage financials to meet goals, uphold Jack’s values and promises, and inspire enthusiasm and energy among the team.</p>\n<h2>About You</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment</li>\n <li>Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)</li>\n <li>Comfortable with computers and learning new software</li>\n <li>Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks</li>\n <li>Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification</li>\n <li>Upholds our core values: Hospitality, Authenticity, Quality, Fun, and Courage</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Diversity & Inclusion: Service Inspired Restaurants® promotes fair hiring, prohibits discrimination, and is committed to an accessible, inclusive workplace.
