The role works closely with senior finance and business partners to prepare line‑of‑business P&amp;L reporting, executive and board‑level materials, and forward‑looking analysis, supporting decision‑making in a fast‑paced public company environment.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">The primary focus is on supporting the insurance business (Personal and Commercial Lines), with additional opportunities to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the growing National Broker Platform.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
