Experience in public utility design, natural gasindustry, and construction, as well as experience with business management are desired.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects</li>\n <li>Works with matrixed team to provide tasks and deliverables on time</li>\n <li>Provides clear direction of next steps when needed to project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Monitors KPI’s, critical path, issues management, change management,</li>\n <li>Provides analysis, budget forecasts, and metrics for individual projects</li>\n <li>Primary point of contact for internal/external project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Manages construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation</li>\n <li>Continuously build and maintain a network of third-party consultants and vendors</li>\n <li>Lead project acquisition efforts including identifying opportunities and working collaboratively with Marketing team in preparing bids and interviews for jobs</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of client and industry standards related to design and construction</li>\n <li>Demonstrate abilities to negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overages</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid CA driver’s license</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or relevant technical field, orequivalent training and experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2-5 years of Project Management experience related to Natural Gas replacement,relocation, abandonment, and new pipeline installation projects, or 2-5 years of experience in arelevant field.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage project scope, schedule, risks, compliance</li>\n <li>Experience in public utility design and construction</li>\n <li>Experience in managing projects using structured methodologies and established governanceframeworks</li>\n <li>Strong skills in MS Office</li>\n <li>Positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP Certification</li>\n <li>Previous experience performing work for a large, regulated utility</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of natural gas pipeline design, construction, and operations standards</li>\n <li>Experience in pipeline integrity assessment methods including in-line inspections, ECDA, robotic in-lineinspections and repair methods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Metrics/Other:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluation is based, in part on the timely, accurate completion of work and project executionProject related travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The pay range for this California position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year; however, base pay offered may behigher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Full range ofmedical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided perCalifornia Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location.
