This role is responsible for shaping and influencing the learning strategy, advising on technical and professional skill development priorities, and ensuring programs are forward-looking and aligned to firm growth. This includes oversight of continuing professional education (CPE), curriculum strategy, and driving a culture of continuous development. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Assurance and the Learning, Development, and Engagement team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
