We are relentless in delivering the highest levels of services to provide tangible value and create sustainable results for our clients.</em></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system. </p>\n<p><strong>Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement duties</li>\n <li>Determine assessment methods</li>\n <li>Develop job analyses</li>\n <li>Build vacany announcements in USA Staffing system</li>\n <li>Assess candidate qualifications</li>\n <li>Issue Referral lists</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years Federal Civilian Staffing</li>\n <li>Public Trust Clearance</li>\n <li>USA Staffing system</li>\n <li>Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts</li>\n <li>Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>DEU - Delegated Examining Unit certification</li>\n</ul>",
