The person will work with different groups within the company, including risk and operations, develop a knowledge base of consumer finance in general, and improve existing processes for a growing consumer financial services company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Capital Markets Analyst, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and prepare related investor reports.</li>\n <li>Mine data and monitor data quality to regularly deliver crucial information used for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.</li>\n <li>Design and implement new data and reporting structures, as needed.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal constituents, bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and investors to structure new financing facilities and modify existing ones as the business requires.</li>\n <li>Work within the organization to respond to requests from rating agencies, lenders, investors, and auditors.</li>\n <li>Develop relationships with current and prospective lenders by attending industry conferences. </li>\n <li>Document existing and new procedures, to apply best practices and improve efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Automate departmental processes to increase efficiencies and decrease errors.</li>\n <li>Provide high-value analysis and insight to Concora Credit management, outside vendors, investment partners, and/or consultants.</li>\n <li>Provide analytical support for financial audits.</li>\n <li>Monitor ABS market and industry trends.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
