    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Custom Truck One Source</span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;(CTOS)<strong>&nbsp;is&nbsp;</strong><strong>Hiring Field Service Tech / Mechanic</strong> based in Las Vegas Metro Metro.</span></p><p><strong>Primary responsibility is to perform vehicle troubleshooting, repair and maintenance work on chassis and track mounted aerials, digger derricks, cranes, high rail, and other equipment</strong>, in accordance with dealer and factory standards, in the field.</p><ul><li><strong>CTOS provides Utility Truck with a 4&ndash;6-ton crane, welder, air compressor &amp; specialty tools.</strong></li><li>CTOS Equipment: &nbsp;Boom Trucks / Cranes, Bucket / Dump Trucks, Digger Derricks, Utility Trucks &amp; more.</li><li>You provide Mechanics tools and should have a Valid Driver&rsquo;s License a &nbsp;Class B CDL is a plus.</li><li>Monday &ndash; Friday, Day Shift, Overtime and Weekends as needed.</li><li>Must be able to travel overnight when needed (estimated at 25 - 50% plus)</li><li>Competitive pay, healthcare, paid time off, 401k match, uniforms safety-boot allowance, tool bonus &amp; discount program &amp; more.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Reports to Field Service Manager, who will provide description of issues and supporting information related to the vehicle.</li><li>Read and interpret equipment manuals and repair orders/instructions to perform required maintenance and service. (Must have the ability to utilize laptop, etc. to be able to access needed information and perform diagnostic tests.)</li><li>Performs work as outlined in work instructions set forth by Service Manager; efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with Custom Truck One Source standards.</li><li>Diagnosis and repair LMI Diagnostics (Load Moment Indicator) and CAN bus (Controller Area Network)</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and repair of Utility trucks &amp; Equipment including electrical and hydraulics.</li><li>Inspects and services vehicles and makes repairs and adjustments both at the service center and in the field.</li><li>Verify work performed, road test vehicles as necessary.</li><li>Prepare inspection reports, repair orders (recording service time and parts costs) and timecards completely and accurately.</li><li>Tag all warranty and core parts for return.</li><li>Advises management immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.</li><li>Attends CTOS safety training and follows all safety requirements.</li><li>Attends CTOS and factory -sponsored training classes.</li><li>Communicate easily with customers and internal departments to ensure minimal equipment downtime.</li><li>Flexibility to travel beyond the area of coverage, based on business need.</li><li>Work closely with Service Manager to grow and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Additional duties or responsibilities as designated by the Service Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Electrical, schematic / blueprints, hydraulic, welding, and related experience</li><li>Experience with Quick Serve, DTNA, or related diagnostic software.</li><li>DOT, ANSI, and Dielectric testing desired</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED.</li><li>Five years of related experience. (Shop Tech and Field Tech)</li><li>Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license. (CDL Class B preferred.)</li><li>Must have your own tools.</li><li>Proficient in documentation using software, &nbsp;meeting deadlines and schedules.</li></ul><p><strong>Mental/Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to regularly work in outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold, and extreme heat.
