We are looking for a proven Janitorial Worker who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The Janitorial Worker is a member of The Kennedy Collective Janitorial Services Operation, serving our government customers in providing a clean and sanitized work space. The Janitorial Worker independently cleans assigned areas within designated buildings using industry accepted methods, equipment and safety practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform general building cleaning that includes bathrooms, office areas, common areas, stairwells, windows, shelving, doors, auditoriums, classrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, etc. as stated within scope of work.</li><li>Perform cleaning functions that will include vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, buffing floors, strip and wax floors, emptying garbage and recyclables, cleaning tabletops, microwaves, refrigerators, commonly used appliances, glass/mirrors, etc.</li><li>Perform general exterior building maintenance that may include snow shoveling, walkway sanding, outside garbage pickup and container cleanup.</li><li>Operate industrial equipment that may include scrubber, burnisher, power washer, snow shovel/thrower, etc.</li><li>Perform work efficiently and to all contract specifications.</li><li>Maintain and replenish inventory of supplies and materials.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill contract requirements.</li></ul>",
