    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 107%;\">Duties/Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:</span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">lead junior engineering team: project prioritization, group organization, internal controls improvement, deliverable maintenance</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">interface with customers and customer engineering groups</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">interface with engineering process specific vendors and manage engineering purchase requisitions</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">facilitate value added conversations amongst internal departments to drive process improvement</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">drive root cause analysis between engineering and production/quality departments</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">must be familiar with reading drawings, dimensioning, and GD&amp;T</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">must be able to use CAD based programs to generate 2D drawings and 3D models. Autodesk Fusion 360, AutoCAD or similar platform.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Production support; equipment, tooling, process, failures, testing.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">RFQ review and support in the estimating cycle; will need to learn all our processes.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Build routers / BOM’s in GSS for direct processes.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Develop and issue process designs (sometimes working with customers)</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Design and 3D print fixtures to aid in metallizing, plating and testing.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">2D drawings in AutoCAD for internal fixtures, racks, customer parts, vendor RFQs, etc.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Work with the business development team and support NPI's – development to production.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Manage continuous improvement projects and customer issues; drive innovation.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Establish and maintain in-process work instructions for new process development</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Direct support to the quality team in XRF and complex CMM.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Root cause and failure analysis on incoming, in-process and final stages of the service cycle.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Desired Education/Experience</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Materials/Chem, Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Materials engineering or material science background is preferred</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing industry&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Physical Requirements:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.</span></li></ul><p><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The base salary range for this full-time position is $95,800- $162,900.
