    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Valet Front (Asistente de Valet)</p>\r\n<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Operate and park Guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner.\r\nInteract with Guests in a friendly and positive manner. Responsible for\r\nrecording any damage that exists on the Guest's automobile prior to\r\naccepting and parking the vehicle. Responsible to properly and\r\naccurately park the Guests' vehicles in correct parking lot spaces.\r\nResponsible for locking Guests' vehicles and correctly securing the\r\nkeys. Responsible for keeping driveway clear of any cars that need to be\r\nparked. Responsible for returning the car to the Guest in a prompt\r\nmanner and in the same condition it was in when the Guest left it.\r\nEnsure a safe and clean working environment.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Minimum age requirement is 21. Must have a valid driver's\r\nlicense for state in which the property is located and have a clean\r\ndriving record. Must be able to drive both manual and automatic\r\ntransmissions. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team\r\nMembers and Management.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Descripción:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Operar y estaciona los autos de los Huéspedes de manera segura\r\ny eficiente.
