    "description": "<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to support the success of our customer experience. This is a key position that ensures a clean, organized dining room, timely table service, prompt and accurate delivery of menu items, and seamless collaboration across service roles. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and is eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. </p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Guest Experience & Table Support </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver food and beverages accurately, with an understanding of menu details. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with guest needs and relay questions or concerns to the appropriate team member. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with packaging takeout orders. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain awareness of the dining room and proactively assist where needed. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Dining Room & Service Maintenance </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware throughout the shift. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ensure safe and clear walkways for guests and staff at all times. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operational & Team Support </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Memorize table and seat numbers to aid in efficient service. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Communicate guest concerns clearly to team leads. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist FOH staff during high-volume periods. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Help with opening and closing duties, including setting/resetting the dining room. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not necessary.
