The ideal candidate will translate user and mission requirements into actionable product strategies and roadmaps while collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and program leadership to deliver mission-impacting capabilities.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Translate mission and user needs into product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for AI/ML capabilities<br>• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance mission outcomes<br>• Provide strategic insight on the application of industry best practices and emerging AI technologies<br>• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning products<br>• Support the full product lifecycle from concept and requirements definition through deployment and performance monitoring<br>• Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, users, and development teams<br>• Lead or support strategic planning sessions, design reviews, and product demonstrations<br>• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness<br>• Evaluate operational baselines and recommend data-driven improvements<br>• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders<br>• Stay current on AI/ML trends, tools, and methodologies and apply them to mission challenges<br>• Support cross-functional collaboration across program, engineering, and mission teams</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline preferred</li><li>Experience supporting product development in an Agile or Scrum environment</li><li>Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and statistical methods</li><li>Familiarity with ML model development lifecycle and MLOps practices</li><li>Experience using data and metrics to drive product decisions</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills</li><li>Experience collaborating across cross-functional technical teams</li><li>Experience leading high-performing technical or product teams preferred</li><li>Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD programs preferred</li><li>Experience working in joint military or intelligence environments preferred</li><li>Product Management, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe) preferred</li><li>Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset in emerging AI technologies</li></ul><p><br><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans (Healthcare benefits are 100% employer-paid for employees only) </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off (Flexible/Combined PTO, Bereavement Leave, 11 Company Paid Holidays) </li><li>401K Retirement Plan with employer match </li><li>Professional Development Training Reimbursement </li><li>Flexible/remote work schedules.</li></ul>",
