Our personalized approach is to grow, conserve and protect our client’s wealth by delivering an unprecedented level of personalized service.</p><p><br></p><p>Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><p>· Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct callers to the appropriate departments<br>· Support clients by answering questions regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and eligibility</p><p>·Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams on behalf of clients</p><p>· Add to the customer’s experience by letting each customer know their call is important</p><p>· Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to processing insurance applications and agent notes from completed sales appointments</p><p>· Punctual and dependable attendance</p><p>· Follow and maintain Integrity Insurance’s standards and procedures</p><p>· Perform any additional duties as necessary</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written. Excellent phone etiquette required.</p><p>· Detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.</p><p>· Computer skills are a must.</p><p>·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</p><p>· Education: No experience or specific education necessary.</p><p>· Bilingual a plus, but not necessary</p><p>· Health &amp; Life License a plus, but not necessary.</p><p><br></p><p>Integrity Insurance and Financial Services offers a competitive benefits package, which includes:</p><p><strong>Earning potential $50,000 - $60,000 plus annually.</strong> <strong>Hourly wage plus bonuses and benefits</strong>:</p><p>· Bonus program</p><p>· Paid time off</p><p>· Company training, career advancement and growth.</p><p>· Job Type: Full-time</p><p>· Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance after 90 days</p><p>· 401K with company contribution after 90 days</p><p>· Day shift</p><p>· Monday through Friday</p><p>· No weekends</p><p><br></p>",
