Overview Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year - Provisional/Pre-licensure (LPCC, MFTC, LSW) (DOE) $75,000 - $85,000 per year - Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) (DOE) Location: 5340 S Quebec Street, Suite 205, Greenwood Village CO 80111 (On-site.) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (2 nights per week) Flexible schedule (40 hours a week) Embark Behavioral Health’s IOP/PHP program in Greenwood Village is expanding, and we are seeking clinicians who are committed to reducing adolescent mental health challenges through affirming, developmentally responsive, and family-centered care . We value emotional intelligence, collaboration, and inclusivity. Ideal candidates bring experience or a strong interest in working with diverse adolescents and young adults , including LGBTQIA+ youth, neurodivergent individuals, and their families , and are committed to culturally responsive and identity-affirming care. Responsibilities Lead collaborative interdisciplinary team efforts through regular meetings, maintaining open communication and partnering closely with families throughout the treatment process. Provide affirming, individualized care through evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy , adapting interventions to meet the unique developmental, cultural, neurodevelopmental, and identity-related needs of each client. Support adolescents and young adults with a range of presentations, including mood disorders, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD). Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements. Participate in treatment planning, outcomes measurement, discharge planning, and transition-of-care meetings with clients and families. Contribute to program quality, outcomes testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client engagement, safety, and growth. Qualifications Licensure: Fully licensed in Colorado ( LCSW, LMFT, LPC ) or provisionally licensed ( PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW ). Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process. Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques. Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
