Ideal candidates bring experience or a strong interest in working with <strong>diverse adolescents and young adults</strong>, including <strong>LGBTQIA+ youth, neurodivergent individuals, and their families</strong>, and are committed to culturally responsive and identity-affirming care.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead collaborative interdisciplinary team efforts through regular meetings, maintaining open communication and partnering closely with families throughout the treatment process.</li>\n <li>Provide affirming, individualized care through evidence-based <strong>individual, family, and group therapy</strong>, adapting interventions to meet the unique developmental, cultural, neurodevelopmental, and identity-related needs of each client.</li>\n <li>Support adolescents and young adults with a range of presentations, including mood disorders, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD).</li>\n <li>Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in treatment planning, outcomes measurement, discharge planning, and transition-of-care meetings with clients and families.</li>\n <li>Contribute to program quality, outcomes testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client engagement, safety, and growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Fully licensed in Colorado (<strong>LCSW, LMFT, LPC</strong>) or provisionally licensed (<strong>PLPC, PLMFT, PLSW</strong>).\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.</li>\n <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> <strong>Master's degree </strong>in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Become the Best of the Best</strong>: Access to an established Mastery Program that offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Proven Positive Outcomes:</strong> You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that your work is making a tangible difference in young adults and adolescents lives. </li>\n <li><strong>Holistic Family Approach:</strong> Embark recognizes the importance of treating families which is crucial for sustained recovery and well-being for teens.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefit Program</strong> that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid licensure renewal, CEU reimbursement, long-term and short-term disability, 401K with company matching program, PTO, and paid parental leave. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>There is no predetermined closing date for this job opportunity.
