The role supports the Project Manager and project leadership team by providing accurate planning, forecasting, and schedule analysis to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.</p>\n<p>The Senior Planner &amp; Scheduler prepares detailed project schedules, establishes project baselines, and monitors progress against approved timelines. The role includes identifying schedule risks, performing critical path analysis, and recommending mitigation strategies to maintain project performance. The position works closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment of project activities and efficient resource planning.</p>\n<p>In addition, the Senior Project Planner &amp; Scheduler manages schedule reporting, tracks key performance indicators, and provides regular updates to project stakeholders. The role also supports tender planning, evaluates contractor schedules, and ensures compliance with company standards, project procedures, and industry best practices. Strong coordination and communication with project teams, contractors, and management are essential to ensure accurate planning and successful project execution across all phases of oil and gas projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head project interface coordination of the various activities in the different locations of the project phases.</li>\n<li>Manage project planning and risk for high-value projects and the $140 Million Produced Water Treatment Project, and associated facilities projects ensuring alignment with business’s standards and local requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive frameworks for NEPL/JV partner engagement, fostering transparency and accountability.</li>\n<li>Manage project schedule performance and progress through critical path analysis, facilitating timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders including government agencies and business partners.</li>\n<li>Lead risk workshops and technical review sessions, generating and maintaining Opportunity/Risk Registers and risk management plans.</li>\n<li>Oversee probabilistic cost and schedule risk analysis, developing simplified project models and quantifying impacts into duration/cost ranges.</li>\n<li>Create detailed reports on risk/opportunity status, issuing monthly updates to the Project Leadership Team.</li>\n<li>Create detailed cost control reports and issue monthly updates to the Project Leadership Team.</li>\n<li>Review and Update project controls procedures to align with the oil and gas norms and standard.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key skill and qualification for this role</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive abilities in meeting and surpassing government regulatory requirements timely.</li>\n<li>A good understanding of oil and gas projects requirement by government regulatory requirements..</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas international codes and standards.</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize activities, where required.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills</li>\n<li>Good problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualification:</span></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.</p>\n<p>18+ years’ experience in oil and gas projects/construction.</p>",
