Financial benefits are important too, and outside base compensation, we provide relocation bonuses if you are moving to our wonderful community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a Respiratory Therapist with us, you will care for a variety of patients and assignments in all service lines where you will share your knowledge and skills to help guide patient care. Our team work with autonomy and can make key decisions to improve the care of some of the most critical patients and are widely acknowledged for their vast knowledge base and advanced skill set. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will have opportunities to learn advanced care practices including mechanical ventilation modalities and interventions for a diverse patient population including but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>General adult care </li>\n <li>Caring for a neonate during an in-flight transport</li>\n <li>Pediatric patient on high-frequency ventilation</li>\n <li>Patients requiring ECMO in the medical ICU</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our leadership team believes in teamwork and is dedicated to providing ample education opportunities to support independent decision-making for the continuum of care for our most challenging and critically ill patients. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care required</p></li>\n <li><p>Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Program required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses and Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>RCP - State of California Respiratory Care Practitioner License required</p></li>\n <li><p>RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist w/ NBRC required</p></li>\n <li><p>BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>For more information, please contact recruiter Jill at (559) 283-0660.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.</p>",
