Innovation Designers, refining and translating them into clear delivery plans and detailed session flows.</li>\n<li>Contribute directly to delivery, taking an active client-facing role in the room and, at times, leading parts of the experience firsthand.<br></li>\n<li>Manage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment identifying and resolving project issues proactively.</li>\n<li>Monitor progress against objectives, including project economics, while identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise workflows through AI.</li>\n<li>Oversee all operational aspects of delivery — logistics, catering, platforms, and learning tools — optimising processes where possible.<span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
