This position is responsible for working with the Service/Inspection team to sell service agreements, preventative maintenance, and a variety of additional required inspections for the National ITM Service Group.</p>\n<p>#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Generate sales of new Inspection Agreements and other services using identifying, prospecting, qualifying and other sales techniques. Grow customer base.</li>\n <li>Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases</li>\n <li>Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services</li>\n <li>Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured</li>\n <li>Assist the customer over the phone in emergency situations</li>\n <li>Project Manage projects for larger accounts</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n <li>Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis</li>\n <li>Ability to travel when necessary</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Become knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes and NFPA 25</li>\n <li>Sales experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Sprinkler knowledge preferred</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record</li>\n <li>Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision</li>\n <li>Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Electronic organization and expedient.</li>\n <li>Passionate attitude while making multiple cold calls and more.</li>\n <li>Professionalism in email and over the phone.</li>\n <li>Believe that customer service is priority.</li>\n <li>This position requires a proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills.</li>\n <li>Must be tech savvy. </li>\n <li>Provide customer service first.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
