          "text": "<p>The Associate Director Global Publications is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of global publication activities across assigned therapeutic areas. This role ensures alignment with the Global Publication Plans and the overarching Medical Strategies, while upholding the highest scientific and ethical standards.</p><ul><li>Lead the implementation of the global publication plan for assigned products and indications, including HQ-driven and affiliate-supported publications</li><li>Manage the end-to-end publication process: concept development, author engagement, internal review, and submission of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts</li><li>Manage multiple publication assets simultaneously in accordance with GPP, ICMJE, and internal SOP requirements</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Biostatistics, and external partners to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment</li><li>Represent the publication function in internal and external meetings, including Joint Publication Teams with partner companies</li><li>Maintain publication tracking systems and provide regular updates to the Global Publication Team</li><li>Support the annual global publication workshop and contribute to the development of best practices</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
