Every member of the IYR works to contribute to the Programs and Services in their own way to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.</p><p><br></p><p>Must Haves:</p><ul><li>Must be 25 years of age</li><li>Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of required notifications and procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency or unusual situation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Knowledge of ID and DHW safety and security regarding PRTF operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our Administrators on Duty:</p><ul><li>Responsible for overall safety, security and effective functioning of the campus on their assigned shift.</li><li>Serves as the primary contact with program management and leadership in non-routine or emergency situations and will direct staff and facility resources accordingly.</li><li>Reviews scheduled staffing for assigned shifts, and monitors to ensure presence at posts, adherence to schedules and breaks.</li><li>Ensures appropriate reports are completed by all involved staff members for any incidents. Reviews reports and ensures appropriate actions have been taken and identify remedial actions.</li></ul><p>This position would work 1/8 hour shift on Saturdays from 10:45pm - 7:00am</p><p><br></p><p>As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions.
