Our staff are the heart of our mission, meeting clients where they are and building meaningful relationships that change lives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-weight: bold\">POSITION OBJECTIVE </span></p>\n<p>To provide services to individuals receiving Supported Living services to help individuals with ALL abilities in reaching their goals and gaining independence. <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-weight: bold\">JOB OVERVIEW</span></p>\n<p>The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing excellent, quality care to the individual he/she serves. The Direct Support Professional will be required to teach the individual daily living skills and assist them in working toward their individual goals/objectives made by their team. The daily tasks that a Direct Support Professional may be required to do includes assisting in personal care, goal-setting, transportation of individuals to appointments/outings, assisting during dining when needed, among other tasks.
