Surya is on the lookout for a talented <strong>Graphic Designer</strong> to join our innovative team. If you&#39;re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking on exciting design challenges, this role is for you!</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Design with Purpose:</strong> Transform business and marketing goals into visually exciting and easy-to-understand designs that are aligned with the Surya brand and resonate with our customers.</li><li><strong>Collaborate &amp; Innovate:</strong> Develop and execute design solutions that are creative, effective, and strategically aligned with company priorities, all while staying within budget and meeting deadlines.</li><li><strong>Create Stunning Visuals:</strong> Design and produce print and digital marketing collateral, including advertisements, bi-annual catalogs, brochures, tradeshow graphics, POP signage, and product packaging/labels.</li><li><strong>Support Sales &amp; Marketing:</strong> Update and enhance sales materials, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and data visuals, ensuring they align with Surya&#39;s branding.</li><li><strong>Brand Evolution:</strong> Play a key role in the ongoing development of Surya&rsquo;s visual identity, helping the brand evolve and stay fresh.</li><li><strong>Coordinate Production:</strong> Work closely with vendors and internal teams to define project scope, coordinate production needs, and ensure the timely delivery of all design assets.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-3 years of professional experience in both <strong>print and digital media</strong>, ideally in a creative team environment. Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.</li><li><strong>Design Expertise:</strong> Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills in imagery, typography, layout, and branding.</li><li><strong>Software Mastery:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of <strong>Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat)</strong> on a <strong>Mac OSX</strong> platform.
