Come and notice the difference working with Pediatrix!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunity to Provide Coverage at 2 <strong>Level III NICUs:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14.</strong></li>\n  <li>Responsibilities include assessing critically ill neonates, attending <strong>high-risk deliveries</strong> and seeing well-newborns in collaboration with a neonatologist.</li>\n  <li>Robust Sub-specialty and MFM support</li>\n  <li>Services include <strong>HFOV and jet ventilators</strong></li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work-Life Balance Focused</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>12-hour in-house shifts</strong> – averaging<strong> three shifts per week</strong> and every other weekend, allowing for an ideal work-life balance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collegial, Private Practice Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Join a tenured staff of 6 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners</li>\n <li><strong>Close-knit team culture: </strong>Community oriented setting with a private practice feel, yet backed by robust hospital resources.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the Area:</strong></p>\n<p>Oklahoma City combines a vibrant urban culture with affordable living and excellent schools.
