The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating a CAT 988 Loader to transport materials and load rail cars, ensuring the efficient and safe loading of raw materials and finished products.&nbsp;If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for heavy equipment operation and a commitment to safety, we invite you to apply.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Operate a CAT 988 Loader to move, load, and unload materials such as raw materials, finished products, and other bulk materials into rail cars.</li><li>Maintain stockpiles and ensure materials are organized and accessible for loading operations.</li><li>Conduct pre-operational checks on the loader to ensure it is in proper working condition.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate loading activities.</li><li>Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the loader and other equipment as needed.</li><li>Monitor material inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including environmental and safety regulations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What we seek:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a CAT 988 Loader.</li><li>Strong understanding of loader operations and maintenance.</li><li>Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul><p>What We Offer: &nbsp;</p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Company-Paid Short-Term Disability and Basic Life, Voluntary Life and LTD, Employer 401k Match and paid time off.&nbsp;</p><p>Working Environment:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Performs jobs under varying conditions (dust, oil, grease, hot and humid temperatures, fumes, noise, etc.)</li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs, Floor to waist, Waist to shoulder.
