Service Technicians drive to customer sites to pump, clean, and service portable restrooms.  If you are familiar with non-CDL commercial motor vehicles, enjoy working with customers, and like to work independently, our Service Technician position is an excellent opportunity for you!</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Technician responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Service and relocate portable toilets at various locations and job sites.</span></li>\n<li><span>Service includes evacuating the holding tank, recharging the receptacle, cleaning the interior, replenishing toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and performing minor repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain all paperwork, ensuring customer signatures are collected, and daily logs are complete and handed to the dispatcher.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with Operations to receive instructions and keep them informed of any safety issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water to ensure roadworthiness.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complete thorough, accurate, and timely DVIRs pre- and post-trip</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Report on any safety hazards, roadside incidents, and customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugs</span></li>\n<li><span>...and other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must have a current and valid driver's license</span></li>\n<li><span>Clean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screen</span></li>\n<li><span>HS Diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span>Must successfully complete pre-employment testing</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ability to shift, lift, and push 50-150 pounds throughout the day</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to use a hand truck to help maneuver portable toilet units</span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented and excellent customer service skills</span></li>\n<li><span>One or more years in a service-related role with problem-solving skills is preferred</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<p><span>Mr. John is committed to the growth and development of our employees by offering on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Mr. John has a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Company-sponsored Medical and Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Additional Benefits: Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, etc.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Paid Vacation, Sick, Personal, and Holidays</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Annual Bonuses</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Company-paid cell phone</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Flexible scheduling for work/life balance</span><br><br></li>\n<li><br><span>Teamster Local Union 341 Membership</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Pension Contributions</span></li>\n<li><br><span>….and more!</span></li>\n</ul>",
