This position is based in Pune, India.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Manage and deliver end-to-end network provisioning and operations across:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>DNS (A/CNAME/IPAM integrations)</span></li>\n <li><span>Load Balancers (F5 / AVI)</span></li>\n <li><span>Firewalls (policy creation, NAT, routing)</span></li>\n <li><span>Proxy services (McAfee / Zscaler)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Handle high-volume request delivery including build, migration, decommission, and production changes aligned to enterprise SLAs.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Drive self-service transformation by identifying automation use cases and enabling zero/low-touch provisioning models.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Collaborate with engineering, operations, and governance teams to deliver standardized, secure, and scalable solutions&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Own change execution lifecycle including RFC creation, validation, execution, and closure</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Strong experience in enterprise network routing and switching across multiple platforms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Extensive hands</span><span>‑</span><span>on expertise with SD</span><span>‑</span><span>WAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and related routing technologies in large</span><span>‑</span><span>scale environments.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating branch and campus network infrastructures globally.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management, formal change management, network governance controls and risk analysis.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and manage technical stakeholders with an ownership mindset.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with observability and logging, including SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines, and drift detection.</span></li>\n <li><span>Working knowledge of network automation concepts, including scripting (e.g., Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls.</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst routers, switches, and firewalls.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong background in wireless network design and implementation, including Aruba or similar WLC and access point solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working with service providers and carriers, including troubleshooting and escalation to resolve network connectivity and performance issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds to proactively monitor, diagnose, and maintain network health.</span></li>\n <li><span>Exceptional problem</span><span>‑</span><span>solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across infrastructure, security, and application teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>10–12 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering or infrastructure delivery roles.</span></li>\n <li><span>Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>BNY Newsroom</span></a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>BNY LinkedIn&nbsp;</span></a></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;Here’s a few of our recent awards:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span></li>\n <li><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span></li>\n <li><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p>\n<p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
