The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Gathering and evaluating user requirements for Web Applications ( VIDIZMO Products) in collaboration with product managers &amp; engineers</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and mock-ups for VIDIZMO Web Applications with other members of the team</span></li>\n<li><span>Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate Web Application look, feel and functionality </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Evaluating existing applications and their UX effectiveness and identifying optimizations/solutions</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay on top of UI/UX trends and best practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proficient in hand-coding pixel perfect HTML and CSS in a Web Application production environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in Bootstrap , HTML5,  CSS.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience writing accessible, responsive, HTML and CSS that performs cross-browser</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Experience working on Multilingual and 5O8 compliance</span></li>\n<li><span>Willingness to learn modern frontend best practices and tooling </span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in working with SAAS</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong visual design instincts</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with UI design using Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma or Photoshop</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Should be self-starter, self-motivated, write clean code according to Web standards W3C</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Qualifications &amp; Experience Requirements </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related field</span></li>\n<li><span>2+ years in designing &amp; developing both</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Authorized to Work Legally</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span>: </span><span>Health Insurance (OPD/IPD), Separate Maternity Cover, Leave encashment, Car Support Program, Referral Bonus, EOBI, Bi-Annual Increment.
