We hope you consider joining us! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Setting up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards. </li>\n <li>Act as cashier for all guest food orders from the bar.</li>\n <li>Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists. </li>\n <li>Know and comply with state liquor laws.</li>\n <li>Ensure established pars are maintained. </li>\n <li>Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Formal Training</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bartending training and certification.</li>\n <li>CA Responsible Beverage Service Registration.</li>\n <li>CA Food Handler’s Card.<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6 or more months of bartending experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age for this role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>Employer will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner with the local ordinance.
