You’ll operate heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers, read blueprints and site plans, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. <em>The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $25.00 - $30.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate excavators and skid steers to dig trenches for septic tanks and drain lines</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to determine proper system layout</li><li>Install septic tanks and piping systems according to local codes and permit requirements</li><li>Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to complete projects correctly and efficiently</li><li>Perform system inspections for real estate transactions and troubleshooting services</li><li>Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and available service options</li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for each job</li><li>Work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as needed</li></ul>",
