          "text": "<p><strong>Why this role exists&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are building capability in formwork on all concrete - not general civil.</p><p>We are looking for someone who understands <strong>how concrete structures are built, not just how they are scheduled.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>**Travel will be frequent.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will lead or support delivery of:</p><ul><li>Water retaining structures</li><li>Bridges</li><li>LRT platforms</li><li>Transit structures</li></ul><p>With a focus on:</p><ul><li><strong>Formwork systems</strong></li><li>Discuss formwork strategy on all self perform projects</li><li>Formwork evaluation and selection</li><li><strong>Concrete sequencing and execution</strong></li><li>Field-driven constructability</li><li>Oversee formwork scope on multiple projects</li><li>Train and mentor field foreman and superintendents</li><li>Inform division leaders on overall&#xa0;formwork progress and risk profile</li></ul><p>This is a <strong>hands-on technical leadership role</strong>, not a coordination role.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What Sets This Role Apart</strong></p><p>This is not a traditional PM/Super role.</p><p>We are specifically looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Has <strong>personally been involved in formwork and concrete assembly in the field</strong></li><li>Can <strong>walk a site and immediately identify sequencing risks</strong></li><li>Understands <strong>how structures actually go together under real constraints</strong></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul></ul>",
