    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>The Nail Technician will provide nail services in a professional manner and deliver an exceptional member experience by performing the following duties:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Greet members/guests on time with proper salutation and a smile, finish scheduled appointments in time frame allotted for the service</li><li>Perform nail services as listed on the brochure following proper safety and sanitation guidelines, while delivering exceptional member / guest service.</li><li>Conduct all treatments according to treatment guidelines while following given policies and procedures for The Spa and Salon at Hunters Run.</li><li>Assess and accommodate guest&rsquo;s needs: inquiring about physical wellbeing and perform appropriate service.</li><li>Desire, ability and commitment to educate and sell products to members and guests.</li><li>Does not prescribe, diagnose or suggest ailments</li><li>Does not solicit personal clients, house calls or the selling of personal products. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain availability and dedication to The Spa and Salon at Hunters Run, being available to work as needed including weekends, holidays and evenings</li><li>Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, product knowledge classes and team effort</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment</li><li>Know your schedule and check the computer (NorthStar) regularly for changes or added appointments</li><li>Abide by all Florida State Board guidelines</li><li>Comply will all Hunters Run policies and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluating the condition of clients&rsquo; nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.</li><li>Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.</li><li>Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.</li><li>Ensuring that nail supplies are stocked.</li><li>Providing quality hand and foot massages.</li><li>Keeps work area clean and organized at all times.</li><li>Adhere to industry code of ethics; shall not enter gainful employment with a member or guest (i.e., do not solicit or conduct personal business with a member or guest as a private client).</li><li>Perform opening and closing procedures as instructed by the director.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education / Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma of general education degree (GED).</li><li>Demonstrated competence in manicure and pedicure techniques</li><li>2-3 years previous experience as a licensed Nail Technician in a luxury resort setting, hotel or private club</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Licenses or Certificates</strong></p><ul><li>Current Florida State manicurist or cosmetologist license</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications/Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent eye-hand coordination</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Must speak English to understand the clients&rsquo; needs</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong> (The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
