The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage Kubernetes Application deployments.</li>\n <li>Develop Deployment Pipelines to update containers, deploy infrastructure, and launch applications.</li>\n <li>Automate Linux and Windows Server Administration tasks.</li>\n <li>Help Maintain AWS Environments.</li>\n <li>Maintain security standards for multiple Environments including Linux and Windows Servers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree.</li>\n <li>Experience with AWS.</li>\n <li>Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet or Systems Manager.</li>\n <li>Experience with Linux Administration and Shell Scripting or Windows Administration and PowerShell.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of containers and container orchestration.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2+ YOE in a DevOps or SysAdmin Role and a desire to grow in the field.</li>\n <li>Experience with CI/CD Pipeline tools such as GitLab, Github, Jenkins (Preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform (Preferred).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Methodology (Preferred).</li>\n <li>Experience with Kubernetes (Advanced).</li>\n <li>Experience with AWS Administration (Advanced).</li>\n <li>Experience with Linux (Advanced).</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration (Intermediate).</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p><em>Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
