This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running complex processes safely, values teamwork, and wants to continue growing their technical skills in a stable, well‑run operation. Our Wilmington, NC manufacturing site is more than a chemical plant-it’s a close‑knit, highly experienced team operating on a unique, expansive campus near the Cape Fear River and the North Carolina coast. With a long history of safe, reliable operations and continued investment in the site, Wilmington offers operators the opportunity to do meaningful, hands‑on work while enjoying a coastal lifestyle that’s hard to match.

Experienced, supportive team with deep site knowledge and a strong safety culture
Large, unique facility with diverse utilities and production operations-great exposure for operators who want to expand their skills
Long‑term site investment and steady production demand
A culture where operators are trusted, cross‑trained, and developed, not just asked to “push buttons”
What You’ll Do
As a Chemical Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our processes running safely, efficiently, and within specification. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting resin manufacturing processes to maintain quality and reliability

Actively participating in safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and work permitting
Maintaining strong housekeeping standards across operating areas, control rooms, break areas, and plant vehicles
Cross‑training and certifying in multiple operating areas as you build depth and flexibility
Working collaboratively with teammates, maintenance, and supervision to support production goals
Work Schedule
12‑hour rotating shift schedule
Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs

Ability to successfully complete a Physical Abilitiies Test (PAT)
Why Join Us
Be part of a stable, safety‑focused manufacturing site with a strong reputation
Work with a team that values experience, accountability, and continuous learning
