          "text": "<p>This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping products while adhering to company policies and procedures. The employee also exercises document control and creation, packaging, and preparation for shipment or transfer to company, vendor and client sites.&#xa0; Other responsibilities include routinely interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and supporting production efforts as needed.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. MCG retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant.</em></p><ul><li>Sort, distribute, shelf/ store components received for job assignments.</li><li>Prep and package materials for shipment or transfer to other company sites or vendors.</li><li>Prepare accurate labeling for shipping.</li><li>Move, unload, stage and store materials utilizing lifting equipment such as fork trucks, and pallet jacks.</li><li>Perform inventory cycle counts</li><li>Assist with assembling metalwork and the handling of sheet metal goods.</li><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.</li><li>Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance.</li><li>May be required to cross train, supporting other sections of the Company.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</li><li>Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.</li><li>Demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve, recognizing that feedback is a valuable tool for professional development.</li><li>Be proficient in the use of hand tools (i.e. ruler, scale, tape measure, calipers) and power tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret blueprint diagrams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Able to pass certification to use of lifting/ moving equipment such as a pallet jack and fork truck.</li><li>High dedication to quality of results to avoid rework.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>1 year of previous Inventory experience preferred.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Other preferred certifications (must be willing to undergo training provided by DVM if certifications not already held):<ul><li>OSHA10</li><li>CPR</li><li>Forklift experience and/or certification</li></ul></li><li>AutoCAD experience, a plus!</li><li>Satisfactory completion of additional background screening.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Typical of a Manufacturing/Warehouse floor. May be cold in winter, warm in summer. Noise level commensurate with machine operation, fork trucks, general industrial activity.</li><li>Possess basic tools including gear wrenches, impact gun, torque wrenches, metric &amp; standard sockets.</li><li>Prolonged periods of standing, squatting, kneeling may be necessary. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50lbs.</li><li>Must be able to read, understand basic schematic/ blueprint. Must be able to communicate effectively using phones or computer software.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities.</li><li>Must be able to travel between DVM locations as needed, some travel could require overnight stays.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
