We are committed to creating environments where all young people can reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.Through partnerships, programs, and people-first leadership, we support Clubs across the country to deliver safe, impactful, and high-quality experiences for youth and families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LOCATION: This position is on-site, office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 3 days remote / 2 days in office- Tuesday & Wednesday)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>Under the direct supervision of the National Director, Measurement & Insights, and in collaboration with the broader team, the Director, Measurement & Insights is responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) enterprise-wide data collection efforts, including the National Youth Outcomes Initiative (NYOI) Member and Staff Surveys, Annual Report Survey (ARS), and Club Partnership & Planning Surveys. In addition, the Director, Measurement & Insights, supports both quantitative and qualitative analytics, utilizing findings to generate meaningful recommendations, reports, and presentations. Working cross-functionally and directly with local Clubs, the Director strengthens measurement practices, ensures enterprise data consistency and quality, and supports a culture where data informs strategy at every level of the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p>\n<p>By leading enterprise-wide measurement and data collection efforts, the Director, Measurement & Insights helps ensure the organization has accurate, consistent, and meaningful data to evaluate impact, guide strategy, and support continuous improvement. Through collaboration with local Clubs and cross-functional teams, this role helps foster a culture where data and insights drive innovation, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Movement-Wide Data Collection</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Ensure consistency, reliability, and alignment across all national data collection instruments and processes</li>\n <li> Integrate new and updated measures into enterprise data collections, ensuring clear guidance and usability for Clubs</li>\n <li> Continuously improve data collection approaches to reduce administrative burden while maintaining data quality and completeness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Measure</u><u>ment & Reporting Systems</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively incorporate new measures into existing data collection tools, documentation, and training materials</li>\n <li>Align measurement practices with organizational reporting needs to enable consistent and scalable use of data</li>\n <li>Partner with internal teams to ensure measurement systems support both strategic priorities and operational realities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Trusted Management Reporting</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Produce and maintain repeatable, high-quality reporting outputs derived from enterprise data collections</li>\n <li>Deliver official, trusted metrics used to assess performance against organizational goals</li>\n <li>Ensure reporting frameworks are clear, consistent, and accessible to a range of audiences, from Club staff to national leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>High-Impact Analytics</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee analysis of national and local data sources to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement</li>\n <li>Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive organizational insights</li>\n <li>Develop tools and resources that empower BGCA staff and Club professionals to effectively collect, interpret, and leverage data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Business Operations</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Participate actively in cross-functional and cross-departmental project teams</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the National Director, Measurement & Insights</li>\n <li>Demonstrate BGCA’s mission-driven values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence</li>\n <li>Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including BGCA's Employee Handbook and Ethics Policy</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Public Policy, Education, Youth Development, Social Sciences or Human Services). Master’s degree in a related area is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 4 years of project management involving the measurement of education and program outcomes. Specific experience analyzing and reporting data is required</li>\n <li>Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced analytics approaches highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Independent & Reliable: Proven track record of strong time management and self-motivation to work effectively both independently and collaboratively</li>\n <li>Communication: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data for non-technical audiences</li>\n <li>Proactive Problem-Solving: Operates comfortably under broad direction, identifies opportunities and drives solutions proactively</li>\n <li> Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, own complex projects, and successfully coordinate cross-functional teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is <strong>$100,000.00 to $110,000.00.</strong> BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training and experience, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
