This strategic leadership position will come with<strong> a background managing labor relations / employee relations in a union environment. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>employee relations management for (600+ union employees) in multiple locations </strong></li>\n <li><p>conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts</p></li>\n <li>represent Sodexo in grievance meetings, mediations, arbitrations, and labor‑management committees</li>\n <li><p>provide coaching to managers on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution</p></li>\n <li><p>support the resolution of employee complaints while balancing organizational needs and legal considerations</p></li>\n <li>monitor compliance with labor laws and union contract obligations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
